If you would like to make a booking, please note that we cannot accept booking without either a written order or without a completed Meeting Room Booking Form. The Meeting Room Booking Form can be download here in Microsoft Word Format.

*Half day slots are 9.00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm although bookings covering other times and for shorter periods will be taken.
**Full day booking slots are between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Evening bookings can be taken upon negotiation.

Projector screen and flip chart can be provided free of charge.

Groundwork Greater Nottingham have some on-site parking. There is ample on-street parking if required.

Our reception staff are able to meet guests on arrival if required.

Lunches and refreshments can be arranged at additional cost

Other services and equipment available at extra cost include: LCD Projector, Overhead Project, Laptop, and Internet Access

Prices quoted exclude VAT.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
